You acknowledge that the shipping address you provide for your order is correct. If your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and it is returned to Ayiana Beauty Products, Ayiana Beauty Products will either:

   a) Refund the cost of the product, but not the shipping, or

   b) Reship the product to the correct address for an additional shipping cost

If your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and is NOT returned to Ayiana Beauty Products or becomes lost, Ayiana Beauty Products is not responsible for the package and will not provide any refunds. Ayiana Beauty Products IS NOT ABLE TO EDIT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS once the order is placed. 

Shipping carriers, lead times, custom fees

    • Shipping carrier is USPS (United Postal Service) for domestic shipments.
    • Shipping/delivery estimates of product shipped within United States (excluding holidays) is 5-10 business days. Sometimes, there are delays. Expect delays at high peak times during holidays or new launches. You can track your package via USPS.com with your tracking number. It will take a few days to package your item, and then it will be sent out using the shipping options you selected during checkout. 
    • If item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost to the customer.
    • If the address you provided is incorrect, and items are returned to Ayiana Beauty Products, you will be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.

Return/Refund Policy

  • Our Refund Policy covers products within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not refund the cost of shipping under any circumstances.
  • We do not accept returns on any combos or kits (and we don't refund items purchased within a combo or kit). We can only accept a product for return that clearly has most of the product remaining; i.e., please do not send back bottles that are half-used and request a refund.
  • In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We can only refund the items to the same debit or credit card that was used in the store. We are not able to see your credit card. The store saves that information. 
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are available and these will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. 

    Processing a Refund (when applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your request for a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

     Late or missing refunds (when applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
